A lead magnet built like a product.

We wrote, designed, and launched Ground Game’s 16-page industry report—then built the complete acquisition system around it.

The challenge

Teach first. Sell second.

Ground Game sells managed outbound to CROs, VPs of Sales, and SDR leaders—a skeptical audience that routinely ignores cold pitches and agency promises.

Marc Snegg, Partner and CEO, needed a useful reason to start conversations and a reliable way to hand warm, qualified demand to his sales team quickly.

The answer was not another downloadable PDF. It was an end-to-end funnel with the report, qualification, delivery, tracking, CRM handoff, and follow-up working as one system.

What we built

The offer. The page. The plumbing. The follow-up.

01

Lead magnet

We wrote and designed a 16-page editorial report that reframed quota problems as useful, teach-first insights.

02

Landing page

A premium, typography-led page paired a strong report mockup with proof, previews, and an above-the-fold form.

03

Two-step opt-in

The first step asked only for a name and business email. The second qualified each lead by company and SDR team size.

04

Recovery + delivery

Form progress was saved as people typed, abandoned leads were retained, and completed requests received the report immediately.

05

Sales handoff

Every lead entered HubSpot, triggered team alerts, and began a 60-day sequence with ten emails and SDR call scripts.

06

Tracking + analytics

Browser and server conversion tracking, GA4 events, and a private dashboard made funnel performance and drop-off visible.

The offer

The 9 hidden reasons SDR teams miss quota.

The editorial report gave sales leaders a practical diagnostic, supported by research from more than 2,400 leaders. Each reason was organized around the data, what it meant, and how to fix it.

174 sales leaders requested it. 158 reported that they run an active SDR team.
